1. The bidding is pre-qualified. Before purchasing the bidding documents, the bidders must submit scanned copies of the following materials. Only after passing the pre-qualification can they be invited to participate in the bidding.

2. Project introduction

This project is to paint the outer walls of the living area, anode assembly workshop, and electrolytic penthouse of Ordos City Mengtai Aluminum Co., Ltd.; power workshop equipment for rust and anticorrosion, casting workshop equipment for rust and anticorrosion, anode assembly workshop equipment for rust and anticorrosion , Purification and feeding workshop equipment for rust and anti-corrosion, tank overhaul workshop equipment for rust and anti-corrosion, and the above-mentioned workshop pipelines, valves, ladders, railings and other rust and anti-corrosion outsourcing construction content.

3. Requirements of bidders:

  (1) The bidder is a legal person registered in the People's Republic of China that has the ability to independently bear civil liabilities, and shall have the qualifications, ability and credibility to undertake the equipment of this project.

  (2) Legal person qualifications: This bidding requires bidders to have the second-level (including) general contracting qualification for installation engineering construction or the third-level or higher qualification for anti-corrosion professional contracting issued by the construction administrative department, have a valid safety production license, and be in Personnel, equipment, funds, etc. have corresponding capabilities.

  (3) Credit information requirements: It is not included in the list of serious illegal and untrustworthy enterprises in the "National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System" (http://gsxt.saic.gov.cn/), and is listed on the "Credit China" website (http: //www.creditchina.gov.cn) is not included in the list of untrustworthy persons subject to enforcement. The bidder shall attach a screenshot of the above-mentioned webpage query result in the bid document. During the bid evaluation process, the bid evaluation committee will verify the bidding unit on the above-mentioned website. If the bidder is included in the list of severely illegal and untrustworthy enterprises or the list of untrustworthy persons subject to enforcement, the bid evaluation committee will reject the bid.

  (4) Financial data requirements: The bidder shall provide the financial audit report issued by a third-party audit institution for the past three years, the balance sheet and profit statement after annual inspection, and the fund operation status issued by the bank that opened the account.

  (5) The bidder shall not participate in the bidding of this project if one of the following situations exists:

  (1) A subsidiary organization (unit) with independent legal personality;

  (2) The supervisor of this bidding project;

  (3) Providing bidding agency services for the bidding project;

  (4) Those who are ordered to suspend business;

  (5) The bidding qualification is suspended or cancelled;

  (6) The property has been taken over or frozen;

  (7) In the past three years, there has been fraudulent bid winning or serious breach of contract or major equipment quality problems.

  4. The deadline for submission of bid documents is the bid opening time. The tendering party refuses to accept the bid documents delivered after the deadline for submission of bid documents.

  5. After being invited to participate in the bidding, if your unit is ready to participate in the bidding, please purchase the bidding documents (tender fee of 500 yuan) within three working days. "File" is sent to the email address designated by your company. The name of the unit that pays the bid bond and purchase bid fee must be the same as the name of the bidder. Bidders are not allowed to use bank cards, WeChat, etc. to transfer funds in their personal capacity. Passbooks, bank cards, checks, cash, Alipay, WeChat and other payment methods are not accepted at the bidding site. Failure to pay the bid bond and purchase bidding fee as required by the bidding documents, the bid evaluation committee will cancel its bidding qualifications. The tender fee paid will not be refunded regardless of whether your company participates in the tender or not.
