1. The bidding is pre-qualified. Before purchasing the bidding documents, the bidders must submit scanned copies of the following materials. Only after passing the pre-qualification can they be invited to participate in the bidding.

2. Project introduction

This project is a renovation project of the domestic sewage workshop of the Mengtai Manlailiang Coal Mine, including the transformation and upgrading of the old equipment in the original domestic sewage treatment workshop, and the use of the existing integrated sewage treatment equipment to carry out the structural transformation of the inner grid. It is composed of anoxic tank, first-level aerobic tank, second-level aerobic tank, and clean water tank. At the same time, process construction such as reinforcement, rust removal, and anti-corrosion is carried out, and pipelines, valves, equipment and facilities are provided. A new set of sludge filter press system (1 set of plate and frame filter press) is added. The sewage is lifted from the original water pump in the adjustment tank to the new treatment system, and the treated sludge is discharged into the sludge thickening tank and is concentrated to the plate and frame pressure. Filter processing.

3. Requirements of bidders:

(1) The bidder is a legal person registered in the People's Republic of China that has the ability to independently bear civil liabilities, and shall have the qualifications, ability and credibility to undertake the equipment of this project.

(2) Legal person qualifications: environmental protection professional contracting third-level (including) qualifications and above.

(3) Credit information requirements: It is not included in the list of serious illegal and untrustworthy enterprises in the "National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System" (http://gsxt.saic.gov.cn/), and is listed on the "Credit China" website (http: //www.creditchina.gov.cn) is not included in the list of untrustworthy persons subject to enforcement.

The bidder shall attach a screenshot of the above-mentioned webpage query result in the bid document. During the bid evaluation process, the bid evaluation committee will verify the bidding unit on the above-mentioned website. If the bidder is included in the list of severely illegal and untrustworthy enterprises or the list of untrustworthy persons subject to enforcement, the bid evaluation committee will reject the bid.

(4) Financial data requirements: The bidder shall provide the financial audit report issued by a third-party audit institution for the past three years, the balance sheet and profit statement after annual inspection, and the fund operation status issued by the bank that opened the account.

(5) The bidder shall not participate in the bidding of this project if one of the following situations exists:

(1) A subsidiary organization (unit) with independent legal personality;

(2) The supervisor of this bidding project;

(3) Providing bidding agency services for the bidding project;

(4) Those who are ordered to suspend business;

(5) The bidding qualification is suspended or cancelled;

(6) The property has been taken over or frozen;

(7) In the past three years, there has been fraudulent bid winning or serious breach of contract or major equipment quality problems.

(6) The person in charge of the unit is the same person or different units that have a holding or management relationship, and may not participate in the bidding of this bidding project at the same time.

(8) The bidding shall provide quality management system, environmental management system and occupational health and safety management system certification certificates.

(9) The bidder has at least three coal mine domestic sewage workshop construction projects and product sales performance with a contract value of not less than 1 million.

4. The deadline for submission of bid documents is the bid opening time. The tendering party refuses to accept the bid documents delivered after the deadline for submission of bid documents.

5. After being invited to participate in the bidding, if your unit is ready to participate in the bidding, please purchase the bidding documents within three working days after receiving the invitation letter (tender fee of 500 yuan). Send the "Bidding Documents" to the email address designated by your company. The name of the unit that pays the bid bond and purchase bid fee must be the same as the name of the bidder. Bidders are not allowed to use bank cards, WeChat, etc. to transfer funds in their personal capacity. Passbooks, bank cards, checks, cash, Alipay, WeChat and other payment methods are not accepted at the bidding site. Failure to pay the bid bond and purchase bidding fee as required by the bidding documents, the bid evaluation committee will cancel its bidding qualifications. The tender fee paid will not be refunded regardless of whether your company participates in the tender or not.
