A few days ago, the 11th "Beyond Cup" Job Skills Competition of Montai Group ended successfully. This competition has 7 competition areas, 31 competition events, 22 participating units, a total of 1,008 employees participating. After 16 days of fierce competition, 41 individual first prizes, 59 individual second prizes and 80 individual third prizes were selected in each competition area.

The job skill competition has built a platform for employees to “exercise themselves, know oneself, show oneself, and compete fairly”. The group company earnestly hopes that the participating employees will use this competition as an opportunity to continue to carry forward the spirit of “unity and hard work” in business.
