(1) Handle the business of heating suspension and restoration
1. Handling time for suspension of heating: from August 1 to September 30 each year, overdue will not be accepted.
2. Information provided by the office for heating shutdown and restoration: real estate certificate and owner's ID card.
3. When handling the heating service, the user should cut off the heating pipeline by himself (including smart card users), and pay the basic heating fee at the same time; you can also apply for our company to assist in the heating shutdown or restoration of the heating business, and the costs incurred by the heating shutdown or restoration It is the responsibility of the user.
(2) Handling new heating services
1. The heat user shall provide free housing for the district heating and heat exchange station.
2. The design drawings of the heat-supply pipe network must be reviewed and approved by the heat-supplying party, and the construction must be carried out in strict accordance with the construction standards and requirements of the heat-supplying party. Heating can only be carried out after the heating party has passed the acceptance.
3. Wall insulation of heat-used buildings must meet national standards, and the heating system must be controlled by households, including garages, commercial and office buildings, and household-specific intelligent control systems must be installed in accordance with the requirements of the heating party.
4. After the heating party officially accepts the heat application, the new heating procedures will be completed within 7 working days.
New heating users provide the following information:

5. 6. After the user pays the heating fee, the heating company issues a heating notice to the user to open the valve for heating.
(3) Handle the business of changing the account name
1. The user prepares the information: the purchase network signs the contract or the real estate certificate, the copy of the ID card.
2. Go to the business hall and fill in the resident information change form to change the account name.
