一. Time regulation of heating period:
The heating period in this city is from October 15th of the current year to April 15th of the following year. (From Article 27 of "Ordos City Heating Management Measures")
二. Indoor temperature regulations:
During the heating period, for civil buildings that meet the national building energy conservation standards, the heating unit shall ensure that the indoor temperature of the heating households reaches 18°C or higher. (From Article 23 of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Urban Heating Regulations)
三, the boundaries of maintenance services
The heating company is responsible for repairing the heating pipe network outside the community, and the heating pipe network inside the community is organized and maintained by the users themselves.
四. Other regulations
1. Heat users shall not perform the following actions: (From Article 39 and Article 40 of the "Regulations on Urban Heating in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region")
1. Install heat exchange devices on indoor heating facilities;
2. Take heating circulating water from heating facilities;
3. Without the consent of the heating unit, alter heating pipelines, add radiators or change the nature of heat use;
4. Install a pipeline pump on the heating pipeline to change the heating operation mode;
5. Other acts that hinder the normal operation of heating facilities.
2. If the heating user violates the above regulations or has one of the following behaviors, which causes the indoor temperature to be lower than the temperature specified in these regulations or the temperature agreed in the heat supply and use contract, the heating unit shall not be liable:
1. Failure to pay heat fees in accordance with regulations;
2. Changing the structure of the house without authorization;
3. The indoor decoration that blocks the radiator seriously affects the heating effect;
4. Failure to take normal insulation measures.
If losses are caused to other thermal users due to the above reasons, the person responsible shall be responsible for compensation.
