Manlailiang Coal Mine is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Mengtai Group, with an approved production capacity of 5.6 million tons per year and more than 500 employees. The mine adopts a comprehensive mechanized coal mining technology of mining all heights at one time, and the mining mechanization rate reaches 100%. The underground production equipment adopts international advanced equipment, with high safety, high efficiency, high degree of automation and informationization. It was officially put into production in 2014, and in 2018 it was assessed as a first-class mine for safety production in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region and a safe and efficient super-class mine for the national coal industry. In 2020, it was selected as a national green mine list.

Since the coal mine was put into operation, it has adhered to the principle of “safety first, prevention first, unsafe and non-production” to ensure safety, full investment of technical funds, and construction with safety monitoring, self-rescue by compressed air, water supply and rescue, personnel positioning, mine communication, Safety production systems such as emergency avoidance to realize continuous safe production.

In the process of achieving high-quality development, the coal mine will always firmly adhere to the correct orientation of "ecology first and green development", not only as a developer and user of resources and projects, but also as a protector and builder of a beautiful environment. A total of more than 60 million yuan has been invested in the treatment of coal mine access roads, comprehensive service areas, production and living areas, and goafs, effectively achieving the five upgrades, namely purification, greening, beautification, lighting, and hardening, which has improved the mining area and surrounding production living environment.
