Xinxin Coal Mine Mengtai Group's wholly-owned subsidiary is located outside the Boniuchuan Census Area of Dongsheng Coalfield in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. The mining area is 9.3704km². The mining method is open-pit mining and the mining scale is changed to 1.2 million tons per year.
